Andrew has extensive experience advising on project development and project finance in the power, infrastructure, mining, oil and gas and petrochemicals sectors. He has over 14 years' experience advising on projects in Asia. Earlier in his career he worked for five years in London and completed a MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration at King's College, London. He worked as a projects partner based in Jakarta from 2010-2015.

He has experience advising on project and structured finance documentation and specialist expertise with construction and other project contracts, including concession, power purchase agreements, O&M, offtake and feedstock / fuel supply agreements.

Andrew has worked on a number of award winning transactions in Southeast Asia including the ITE College West PPP project in Singapore and the Rajamandala Hydropower and Donggi-Senoro LNG projects in Indonesia. He has a wealth of experience on power and other infrastructure projects in various jurisdictions in Asia including Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.

Andrew is qualified in Australia (New South Wales) and England & Wales.
