Antonio Zárate is currently Director of Enterprise Risk Management at CEMEX Mexico. Since 2015, he direct the company’s risk management agenda and coordinate different teams to procure the business operative continuity. Antonio is a resourceful team leader, with the skill to leverage exceptional cross-functional behavior competencies and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. He has held several leadership roles at CEMEX as well as Metalsa, where he led different projects from design through to implementation, managing a multi-location team. Antonio also provided strategic, operational, financial and marketing vision to the Infrastructure and Government segment, in addition, he was responsible for the innovation process and culture for CEMEX Mexico.

Antonio Zárate es el actual director de Administración de Riesgos Empresariales de CEMEX México. Desde el 2015 dirige la agenda de riesgo de la empresa y coordina diversos equipos para asegurar la continuidad operativa. Antonio es un líder de equipo con la habilidad de realizar diversas tareas de manera simultánea en un entorno de trabajo acelerado.  Ha desempeñado diversos roles de liderazgo tanto en CEMEX como en Metalsa, donde lideró proyectos desde la etapa de diseño hasta su implementación, organizando a un equipo ubicado en distintas zonas. Antonio aportó su visión estratégica, operacional, financiera y de marketing al segmento de Infraestructura y Gobierno; así mismo, fue responsable del proceso de innovación y cultura de CEMEX México.
