Bill is the co-leader of AlixPartners’ energy practice and has 30 years of industry and consulting experience. He has worked extensively across all sectors of the energy industry, specializing in profitability improvement via operational and organizational restructuring, and growth strategy development. In addition, clients benefit from his extensive experience in pre and post-merger integration and performance measurement and management.

Previously, Bill was an associate principal with McKinsey & Company, where he led strategy, operations, and organizational design engagements and was an active leader of the firm's energy practice. He began his career at Tenneco Oil Company as a production operations engineer.
