Bob Dastmalchi is Vice President of Chevron Europe, Eurasia and Middle East Exploration & Production based in London, a position he assumed in January 2017.

In his current position Dastmalchi is responsible for Chevron’s business development in Eurasia, Europe and the Middle East.

Dastmalchi has had 35 years of industry experience in both domestic and international assignments in asset management, project development, strategic planning, technology management, and business development.

Dastmalchi joined Chevron in 1982 and has held numerous domestic and international assignments.  In addition to various assignments within the United States, he has worked in Indonesia, Kazakhstan, the United Kingdom, Bahrain, India, Azerbaijan and China.

Dastmalchi is a 1982 graduate of the Colorado State University with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
