Conrado Sterling González currently leads the Property and Energy underwriting teams for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, based in Mexico City. He also serves as the single point of coordination for all lines of business locally assuming the responsibilities of a Chief Underwriting Officer and is part of the Swiss Re Latin America Underwriting Team. His scope of coverage includes all Latin America for Energy with primary focus and responsibility for Mexico and Central America.

Conrado started working for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in July 2014 as a Senior Underwriter for Energy Onshore, Mining, Power Generation and Utilities; previously coming from Munich Re where he was responsible for the Engineering lines of business for Mexico and Central American markets. He has a vast experience in both insurance and reinsurance more than 12 years experience since he first incurred in the insurance business as a Construction Underwriter and later Engineering and Construction underwriting manager within AIG for Mexico, Central America and Caribbean.

Member of the Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones de Seguros (AMIS) workgroups. Straight out of the university Conrado worked in the construction industry and prior to his incursion in insurance he also worked in logistics, transportation and technology industries. Mexican citizen, Conrado is a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).
