  • Having started as an Associate M&A Energy with Lehman Brothers in New York in 2001, her sole focus over the past 17 years has been on Oil & Gas with Lehman Brothers, McKinsey & Co.’s Petroleum Practice (serving Royal Dutch / Shell in London, Amsterdam and Hamburg), UBS M&A Energy and ABN Amro M&A Energy, where she served as a Corporate Director, Co-Heading M&A Energy, and focusingon NOCs, Majors and Independents. Her predominant subsector focus has been in E&P
  • Having moved from New York to London, Dana’s notable cross-border experiences include BP’s divestitures in the USA, UK and Europe, Royal Dutch / Shell’s strategic actions in Europe, Novatek and Rosneft IPOs and other M&A and Capital Markets mandates. Her clients in E&P have been Electricite de France (EDF), KUFPEC, Polygroup and other Majors, NOCs and Independents. In OFS she has also served SBM Offshore, Polygroup, CIC and others
  • As a result, in 2008, Dana founded LBC on the back of three client mandates: an E&P buy-side by a Middle Eastern NOC, a buy-side by a diversified Asian conglomerate, and a sell-side by an Oslo-listed E&P in the Canadian Oil Sands. Dana’s affiliation include roles as the Founder Freeman of the Guild of Entrepreneurs of the City of London and her appointments on the Executive Advisory Committee of the William E. Simon School, University of Rochester, Rochester New York
