Daniel is an oil & gas partner with international law firm Ashurst, based in Singapore. His practice focuses on LNG and major natural gas project developments, and acquisitions and disposals.

Daniel is at the forefront of advising on the development of LNG regasification projects (including FSRUs) across the Asia-Pacific region, providing assistance to terminal developers and users in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, Sri Lanka, India, Korea and Chile. He has also played a key role in helping numerous companies across Asia secure new sources of LNG and regularly advises on long-term and spot LNG sales and purchase arrangements.

He has also advised in respect of many of the existing and proposed liquefaction projects in the Asia-Pacific region.
