David Kerins
Senior Energy Economist, European Investment Bank
David KERINS is an energy economist at the European Investment Bank, with substantial experience financing energy investments globally. David has been involved in energy transactions in over 20 countries, including some of the largest renewable transactions in Europe (Galloper Offshore Wind – UK) and Africa (Lake Turkana Wind – Kenya) in recent years. David has also been heavily involved in developing the EIB’s approach to energy and climate action at the policy level in close consultation with the EIB’s clients, and key stakeholders in the European Commission and civil society. David has a BA in economics and an MSc in environmental economics from University College Dublin.
David will be speaking at the Energy Capital Leaders Assembly, 13 November, Paris.
