Diego Garzon Duarte has more than 23 years of executive experience, managing an Oil & Gas firm, including marketing and commercial functions, M&A transactions, privatization processes, corporate finance and planning. He is xperience in negotiation with European, North and South American companies as well as Banks. Strong entrepreneurial vision in the Oil & Gas Business in Argentina and Latin-America.

Diego has more than 25 years of Corporate Experience in complex business environments, than include a) Profit & Loss responsibilities for a $350 MM Business, b) Financial experience in debt issues and bank lending (u$s 700 MM), c) M&A transaction in the Oil & Gas business (u$s 800 MM), c) Intense experience managing a Company in Chapter 11. High recognition in the South America’ business community, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector. Relevant experience as board member of Gas co’s (TGN, Gas Andes, Gas natural BAN, Metrogas).
