Francisco Uranga is General Director for Investments at the Argentine Investment and Trade Promotion Agency. The Agency was created by the National Government to promote and facilitate investments in Argentina.

Before joining the Agency, Francisco´s worked 24 years in the private sector in leading positions in manufacturing, oil and gas, agribusiness and technology in Argentina, United States, Mexico and Uruguay.

Francisco holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina at Buenos Aires.

Francisco will be speaking on the Investment & Financing Opportunities Across O&G and Energy in the Southern Cone panel at the 2019 South America Assembly: Southern Edition.
