Han Zheng, female, doctor, researcher, is currently the deputy director of the Oil and Gas Resource Strategy Research Center of the Ministry of Land and Resources and the director of the Oil and Gas Reserves Evaluation Office of the Ministry of Land and Resources. She has been engaged in national oil and gas reserves assessment and oil and gas resource management for a long time, and has participated in and participated in key research projects of national and ministerial committees. She has organized and participated in the “National Oil and Gas Reserves Reform”, “National Oil and Gas Mineral Resources Reserves Status Survey”, “China's Oil and Gas Resources for 2020-2030 Guarantee Degree”, “Oil Exploration and Production Supervision Information Platform Construction”, “Oil and Oil Resources Exploration” Research on the Work Regulations of the Inspector and other research projects of the Ministry of Land and Resources. For China's geological and mineral industry standards, “Shale gas resource reserves evaluation and calculation specifications (DZ/T0254-2014)”, “Offshore oil and gas reserves calculation specifications (DZ/T0252-2013)”, “CBM resource reserves specifications (DZ / T0216-2010), the main drafters of the “Code for the Calculation of Oil and Gas Reserves (DZ/T 0217-2005)”. Her scientific research achievements and papers have won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Achievements Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education.

韩征同志简介

韩征，女，博士,研究员。现任国土资源部油气资源战略研究中心副主任，国土资源部油气储量评审办公室主任。

长期从事全国油气储量评审和油气资源管理工作，主持并参与国家和部委项重点科研项目。组织和参加《全国油气储量套改》、《全国油气矿产资源储量利用现状调查》、《我国油气资源对2020-2030年保障程度论证》、《油气勘查开采督察信息平台建设》、《油气资源勘查督察工作规程研究》等国土资源部课题研究。为我国地质矿产行业标准《页岩气资源储量评价及计算规范（DZ/T0254-2014）》、《海上石油天然气储量计算规范（DZ/T0252-2013）》、《煤层气资源储量规范（DZ/T0216-2010）》、《石油天然气储量计算规范（DZ/T 0217-2005）》等规范的主要起草人。科研成果和论文曾获教育部国家科技成果自然科学二等奖等奖项。
