Harvey Gardiner joined Central in 2011 and is responsible for Central Resources do Brasil's oil and gas production business in Brazil. Prior to joining Central, Mr. Gardiner worked for Koch Exploration in various management positions in Canada and internationally.     Prior to Koch, he worked for Amoco and consulted for several independent oil companies.  Mr. Gardiner has over 30 years' of experience in reservoir engineering, drilling and production operations and holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa and a Masters degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta.
