José Luis González González is a Petroleum Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the hydrocarbon sector, having worked for Petróleos Mexicanos. At Mexico’s Agency for Safety, Energy, and Environment (ASEA), he is the Head Industrial and Commercial Supervision, Inspection and Surveillance Unit. He received his Master´s degree in Petroleum Engineering, from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
