
Jorge Centeno
Investment Executive - Infrastructure, InfraRed Capital Partners Mexico
Jorge Centeno leads InfraRed Capital Partners´ infrastructure origination and execution team in Mexico. Jorge joined InfraRed´s London office in 2015 and relocated to Mexico City in May 2019. His focus is on sourcing energy, social and transportation projects across Latin America, and sits on the Board of a portfolio of solar PV projects in Chihuahua. He also participated in originating and executing the acquisition of an equity stake in combined-cycle plant Norte III in Ciudad Juarez from MacCap and Colombian toll road Ruta al Mar from Construcciones El Condor.
With almost 9 years’ experience within the infrastructure sector, Jorge joined InfraRed from London-based M&A boutique PSource Capital (now known as Craven Street Capital) covering infrastructure and energy transactions globally. From 2011 to 2014, he worked for Spanish engineering and construction company Elecnor, where he provided in-house corporate, M&A and structured finance advice for greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects in Spain and Latin America.
Jorge has a Law Degree from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and holds a Certificate in Investment Management by CFA UK.
