Josh works for ICBC Leasing for the offshore financing business and was latterly appointed to develop global oil and gas financing business.

Prior to joining ICBC Leasing, he spent years in offshore project management in American Bureau of Shipping and Grenland Group (now part of Wood Group). He managed dozens of newbuilding offshore floating projects with experience of international offshore drilling and production.

Josh holds a Master’s degree in Marine Engineering from Dalian Maritime University.
