Keric Morris is a London-based partner in the Energy practice of Oliver Wyman. Keric focuses on operational strategy, organization design and data analytics/digital. He has more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience and particular industry expertise in the Oil & Gas and Utilities. Keric works with organization to navigate their way through the transition we are seeing in the energy space – from digital to renewables. His particular focus is on how these changes impact operational delivery, redefining how work is delivered while manage risk and working with organizations to develop the organization approaches that will enable them to thrive in our changing energy world.
