Lisa spent the first 14 years of her career working in the Manufacturing and Petrochemical Industries in senior Technical and Executive roles working on Methanol Plants based in Trinidad.

In 2006 Lisa transitioned into Human Resources (HR) working as the HR Vice President for BP’s Trinidad business where she implemented a nationalization workforce strategy and progressed BP Trinidad’s diversity and inclusion agenda. She subsequently moved to Brazil as the HR Vice President, supporting BP’s entry into the country, the integration of the Devon and BP organizations and building a strong national workforce for BP’s Brazil business.
