Maurice Allgrove (Zickie) is Senior Vice President of LNG Terminals and Logistics. He has managed and implemented engineering, procurement, construction and management developments for dry bulk material handling port projects, liquid bulk, LNG export and import facilities and LNG bunkering terminal developments in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean and Indonesia. He is an experienced ports and marine director with expertise in business development and project execution. As Vice President of Ports and Marine Terminals and Transportation for Advisian, he managed large multi-disciplinary teams working on major projects in the upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors, gas-to-power operations and petrochemicals plants.

He was previously Project Manager for the 170,000 m3 FSRU terminal in Cartagena, Colombia, where he was responsible for the regulatory and permitting roadmap, gap analysis and Level IV schedule of activities to identify and manage the schedule risk, oversight and review of the FSRU and LNGC ships maneuvering and navigation studies and real-time simulation. Zickie earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of the West Indies. He has a Masters’ degree in Engineering from McGill University, Montreal, Canada where he specialized in structures and geotechnical engineering. He is a UK-certified Chartered Engineer.
