Olabode has a degree in in Engineering Physics and has worked across two major industries.

He is a regular energy Analyst on National TV and has been invited as an observer at OPEC meetings. He has also been invited to the Ministry of petroleum in Saudi Arabia as a guest of the king’s palace.  He is a co-owner of an energy consultancy called Cabtree Limited and the Publisher of Energia Today magazine. He has been a member of the African Business Roundtable (ABR) since 2006 as a young consultant.

He has served as a consultant to the Deep Offshore Communities Affairs Group (DOCAG, the association of Oil companies involved in offshore exploration in Nigeria). He is Consultant to the House Committee on Power & the Senate Committee on Gas.
