Current Regional Director for TechnoServe in Southern Africa. Brings a wealth of leadership experience throughout the African continent, having served as the Africa Regional Director (CEO) of Dupont Pioneer, where she has had full P&L responsibility for this $300 million annual business and was the board chair of 10 country-level entities throughout the continent.
Held senior level roles at Standard Bank over 9years, most notably as the developer and implementer of a new pan-Africa credit policy, supporting more robust risk management and improved portfolio profitability in Standard Bank's operations.

Previously, Pamela was the Zimbabwe Managing Director for Monsanto, the Finance and Administration Manager for Cargill/Zimbabwe and started her career with KPMG in Harare.
