Philip is currently Vice President of Business Development for TOTAL (Gas & Power) in Asia. He took on the position in 2015 when TOTAL decided to focus on opening up new LNG sales opportunities through investing in regas terminals and power infrastructure. In addition to managing the broader Asian development opportunities, he is currently the project manager for TOTAL’s LNG to power project in Myanmar. Prior to managing the Asian business development activities, he setup TOTAL’s gas and power trading activities in Australia as well as TOTAL’s  global portfolio of emissions reduction projects (CDM) under the Kyoto protocol.

Philip started his career with TOTAL in 2001 holding positions in the Gas & Power branch within gas and power retail, trading and business development. Philip holds a Masters from Cardiff University in European Public Policy with a specialization in the liberalization of European energy markets.
