Sam is Council Member of the Section of Business, Nigerian Bar Association, He has Global and Operating Unit experience in Upstream, Midstream and Gas business including experience as a litigator with the Federal Ministry of Justice. He has in-depth knowledge of legal and contracting requirements in major projects. He is a constructive and pragmatic, trained negotiator and mediator.
