Mark has worked in the energy sector for more than 30 years and is expert in strategy, finance, M&A, contract negotiations and due diligence across the power, oil, gas and coal sectors.

Having spent time at various consultancies, Mark is an acknowledged leader in gas and power consulting in Asia. He has run numerous transaction support projects including partnering with IOCs and NOCs, support for equity raising, providing due diligence to lenders, supporting initial public offerings and providing insight to both buy-side and sell-side investors.

Mark spent five years at a power utility in North America before moving to Asia in 1994.
