Mr. Vogt has more than 28 years of experience in the global refining industry. In his current role he is responsible for Lummus Technology project execution and operations in addition to managing the Gasification technology licensing activities. Prior to his current role he was responsible for contract development and negotiations, proposal activities, and marketing efforts for CDTECH (a partnership between Lummus Technology and CR&L, a Shell company). Previously, he had served as a Global and Regional Marketing Manager with Nalco Chemical Company. Mr. Vogt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
